Terms governing access to and use of MyDevalay, including content, memberships, temple services, purchases and donations.

MyDevalay is operated by Purnabramha Online Services LLP, A9, Raje Manor Apartments, Karve Nagar, Pune, 411030, Maharashtra, India. By accessing or using MyDevalay, you agree to these Terms of Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service or create an account. If you make a booking or purchase on behalf of another person, you confirm that you are authorised to provide their information for that purpose.
MyDevalay provides devotional video and audio content, jaapa, an assistant, temple seva bookings, Online Pooja, shop purchases and donation facilities.
Services and features may change from time to time. If a change materially reduces something for which you have already paid, the applicable refund terms apply.
A membership provides access to the content and features included with the applicable membership for the period for which it is active. Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and does not end the period already paid for.
Memberships purchased through the website are charged in the published currency and amount applicable to the purchase. Memberships purchased through Google Play are subject to the applicable Google Play purchase and cancellation process.
Prices may change from time to time. A price change does not affect a period for which payment has already been made.
The applicable temple or Guruji performs the relevant ritual. MyDevalay facilitates the booking and payment process but does not control the manner or exact timing of performance.
Seva bookings, shop orders, donations and Online Pooja are charged through the applicable payment method made available for the transaction. Certain purchases made through the Android application are processed through Google Play.
Donations are transferred to the selected temple after applicable payment processing charges. MyDevalay does not issue 80G receipts. Where applicable, such receipts are issued by the temple.
The Service and its content are provided for personal use. You must not copy, redistribute or resell content, except for wallpapers made available for download, circumvent access controls, disrupt the Service, or use the Service to harass others.
We may suspend or close an account where these restrictions are violated.
The In-App Chat Assistant may provide inaccurate or incomplete information. It is not religious authority and does not provide legal, medical or financial advice. Timings based on a saved city are approximate.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability for a paid service is limited to the amount paid for that service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
